  • What is Ezypay platform?

    Ezypay platform refers to an electronic service that allows an individual to make electronic transactions, which is created with Ezypay in respect to the Customer Mobile and Name.

  • How can I register for Ezypay Platform?

    You can register for the Ezypay platform by providing a Mobile number, Name, KYC details on the Ezypay portal.

  • How do I secure my Ezypay platform account?

    Ezypay platform is the sole proprietary of the customer. To keep the wallet secure, the customer must adhere to the following points:

    1. Do not share OTP with anyone except authorized merchants
    2. Do not share OTP over the phone call
    3. If you receive an OTP for a transaction that was not initiated by you, then immediately report to the customer care at support@ezypay.co.in
    4. Verify the beneficiary details before sending money
    5. Keep your personal information and passwords confidential

  • Is it secure to use Ezypay platform?

    Ezypay platform is secured using the highest level of encryption. Each time you transact through Ezypay platform, SMS is sent for all credit and debit transactions, beneficiary additions and all other services. You can report any misuse of your wallet by mailing to support@ezypay.co.in or directly calling the Ezypay director.

  • What if my mobile phone gets lost/stolen?

    For security reasons, if your phone is lost/stolen, inform us immediately by mailing us at support@ezypay.co.in or calling Ezypay Customer Care number, following which we will deactivate your account for further safeguard. DO NOT STORE YOUR Ezypay account PASSWORD ANYWHERE ON YOUR PHONE.

  • How do I add money to my Ezypay platform?

    You can add the amount to the platform by paying cash at the Ezypay authorized outlets. Other options to add money to the wallet are through cash deposit and online transfer.

  • Is there any validity of the account?

    If you do not use your wallet balance for 12 months, it will be forfeited. In the event account is inactive or not used by the customer for a continuous period of 1 year from the date of activation or last transaction, the account will be blocked in compliance with RBI guidelines. Ezypay will intimate the customer through SMS 45 days before deactivating or suspension of the account. Customers can either re-activate the account or reclaim the amount of respective wallet in their bank accounts.

  • If a transaction done through my Ezypay platform is not successful, is my money refunded?

    In case of an immediate failed transaction, your money will be returned by the merchant immediately.

  • What are the Charges for Ezypay platform

    Ezypay platform for Domestic Money Transfer is up to 1%.

  • What is AEPS?

    AEPS, expanded as Aadhaar Enabled Payment System, is defined as a type of payment method. The service is being offered by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI).

  • What is Aadhaar?

    Aadhaar is and unique number that is assigned to residents of India by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI).

  • Who can use AEPS?

    All Indian residents holding a valid Aadhaar card and a bank account can use this payments service.

  • How can a user enable this service?

    To start using AEPS, first link your bank account with your Aadhaar number. Then, contact your bank and let them know that you want to start using AEPS.

  • Should the payee/beneficiary also have AEPS to receive funds?

    This is not necessary.

  • Is it possible to link more than one bank account to your Aadhaar card?

    Yes. This can be done.

  • Can those without Aadhaar cards use this service?

    No.

  • What type of bank account do you need to have for AEPS?

    The bank account needs to be linked with your Aadhaar.

  • What is a business correspondent?

    A business correspondent is nothing but an approved bank agent offering terminal or micro ATM services to banks.

  • What is an IIN?

    This is a 6 digit number that helps in the identification process of your bank.
